It's Rufus Thibodeaux on fiddle (w/ Jimmy C.Newman) and it looks like Pete Mitchell on guitar. Jimmy must have been in - working the Opry with Price and they decided to find a club and set up after his spot.

I believe the name of this tune is "Day Break". There is a version of it on the Return of the Offenders CD

That's my friend Jay Weaver on bass and that sure looks like Randy Kohrs standing to Lynn Owsley's left. Both of them are from my neck of the woods. Very cool!
