You are so right! Real Player "takes over." There is a substitute that some of our members use to get in. I am working on trying to get it now as it was posted in the past.

Try using the "Real Player G2 Control".
This is what I have on my system.
There use to be the Real Player Alternative which I used which was just the player and did not take over your system.
Whenever you download any of these programs only check the items you want to ue.
