Trisha Yearwood's, For Reasons I've Forgotten

Post by John A. Russell »

Hi All

I have recently been tabbing videos on Youtube, from Lars Egil Vagseter.

I came across the "Trisha Yearwood song, "For Reasons I've Forgotten". Played on Lars ZUM.

I asked Lars, if I could give away half of the tab, so that folks who play steel and can't figure songs, could have a go at this, smooth players video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHHIsD4 ... reload=101

So it is with permission, that I can give the tab to anyone who wants it and PM me their email address.

Kind Regards

Hi John, Another great song selection. I left Lars a message as well. Going to see if I can find more of his playing.

Be safe.

That's a Jamie O'Hara song. Here's the original https://youtu.be/E01jdW2GTo8
Paul Franklin and Dan Dugmore played on the album, the whole of which is awesome - check out Cold Hard Truth...
The steel break is at about 2:20, not sure which of the two it is.

No Longer Available

Post by John A. Russell »

Dear All

Owing to members not liking the idea of only half of Lars performance tabbed, I am withdrawing the offer. But the full tablature is available direct from Lars.

I took over a day to compile the tab and did it to bring Lars steel playing to the attention of others. I believe that talent such as Lars has, should be shared.

Kind Regards
