Fly Me to the Moon-Short Tab C6

Post by John Swain »

Here's a way of archiving chord melody arrangements without the tedium of tabbing out every note..I call it "short tab"like shorthand! The first number is the fret, then pedals( 4-8 on C6, knee levers are named by note they give you on open strings..ie:10/56Bb..would be 10th fret 5+6 pedals + Bb knee lever .You have to know the melody in your head to use this!..JS

I'm sorry Detlef, I'm not sure what your question is?

John,
question is: what style do you use to build the track ?

Detlef, you can input the chords onto the chart with any style, then playback switching styles to find the most appropriate. That said this chart came from a "Realbook" collection already available, I just printed it out as a chord chart so I could insert my tab. I hope it helps you with C6 positions.
