Tab package for “Be Strong In The Lord”

Post by Tommy Detamore »

I recently created a video using "Be Strong In The Lord" as an instrumental accompaniment, featuring steel guitar, gut-string guitar, and fiddle:

I have also put together a steel guitar tablature package for this accompaniment song to offer to my friends here on the forum. It is in the form of a download that is available here: https://app.box.com/s/4i5fnzbgixzakzjxt8uxfsg6pxy5hedp

The download consists of a .zip file that contains two versions of the tab (in PDF format) with specific notes for each:

Tablature in the conventional “ABC” format
Tablature in the “#-b” format

Also included are the following mp3 audio files:

A complete mix of the song (as heard in the video)
A mix with the steel part removed
A mix with the steel and fiddle removed
A mix with the steel and gut-string guitar removed
A mix with all of the lead instruments removed

There is also a lyric sheet containing chords in the Chord Pro format.

I am offering this package free of charge. I only ask that you consider donating to a fundraising page I have set up for emergency medical relief through Samaritan’s Purse. (This is totally optional):

There is nothing too fancy in this arrangement, but there are a few little twists that some might find interesting and perhaps useful.

Special thanks to my friend and resident tab guru Jeff Garden for his invaluable insight and proofreading skills!

Here's a little sample of what the tab looks like:

Hope y'all enjoy this!
