For those who bought the XT and are dismayed about the XT-II; they will probably offer a chip for 30 or 40 bucks that is user-installed in order to upgrade the XT to and XT-II. That is what happened with the original POD. That upgrade was very good. So if I calculate correctly- I have spent about $740 on Line 6 stuff just to stay current.

I think the XT-2 thing was a joke. I asked a sales guy recently about it and he said he wouldn't expect a version 2 release until next year sometime. Does anyone have any official release info on this supposed XT-2?
