It's been awhile but it's still in my blood.

I purchased a full dress Harley "Hog" in 1978. Not fitting into the "crowd", I used to ride mine with slacks, white shirt and tie......until the divorce relieved me of that simply pleasure. Back then, cost new,
$3,380.00. Those were the good ole days.

1984 FXRDG (Disc Glide). 1 of only 853 made! Sweet ride just like all FXR's. Rode it off the dealers lot brand new and never an ounce of problems! Between my scooter and steel, my girlfriend says I am defintely not "cheap date"!

I have been a motorcyclist now for about 30 yrs & really do love it..When i get the time i ride my 1997 Harley FXDL Dyna Lowrider. Just added a stereo( well a CD player ) to it & am loving that-get to hear some tunes + them sweet soundin' Harley pipes too now!!Life is GOOD

Eric, killer ride. WOuld have to say a panhead would be my first choice (although at this point, w/my riding skills, I'd probably hurt myself even on David's son's ride *laugh*). Still wish I could get my old landlord to part with the one he only brings out on special occasions.... a '43 Indian, that looks like he just took it off the showroom floor (all original, of course)

Been riding bikes since 12 years old, rode my '67 BSA Hornet from Lincoln City, Oregon to Santa Rosa, CA down hiway 101 (about 700 miles) a week before Christmas, when I was 19. Ran out of gas in the middle of the redwood forest! All in all, a great trip, though I nearly froze. Nowdays riding a '75 ironhead Harley Sportster.

'72 Triumph Tiger 650 and a '76 BMW R90/6. Ironically spend most of my time sitting in Boston traffic looking "too cool for school".

Note the requisite oil stain beneath the engine...

Well my french father-in-law has his "Permis de Conduire" from 1937... with the original picture! It is still valid and need not be exchanged for a new one. He's 81 now and still drives fast.

So my permis de moto should be good till 2037... I hope!

I own parts for a motorcycle: The pulls on my ZB are cycle wheel spokes.

Mu son just rode the complete Texas Border last week on his cycle. 3300 miles in six days.

Latest update! I took my grandson with me today and picked up my rice burner bike. I brought it home and my wife just took it in stride, no hissy fits or anything. She did mention that she wanted a new floor in the bathroom, however. But then that isn't too bad a trade off!
