I have always been partial to tube amps - big heavy ones with lots of power.

I recently bought a Webb from a forum member. It was the last one out of the shop and it is a great amp. Maybe the only one that will take me away from my rack mount tube amp.

I've used many amps, Peavey's Lab's, etc. I always go back to tubes. They just sound sweeter to me. If ya wanna see my latest, Look at the thread titled "JB's New Toy." It's the best sounding steel amp I've ever had! JB

I know nothing of the intricate world of electronics.

But I bought Brad's Black Box and play it thru my 22 year old VEGAS 400, and I have to say........now listen......my sound is just smoother; more pleasing; happier; mellower. I don't know any other way to explain. The sound has been changed
and SOUNDS BETTER TO ME.
