For what its worth, I was using a Emmons pot pedal with my LeGrande and NV 1000. I was using Johnny Cox's settings on the amp. I hesitated to spend $260 some odd dollars on a Hilton pedal but ordered one anyway from Herby. That was the best money I ever spent as far as I'm concerned. The difference required me to change all the settings on my amp to get the sound I had before. My Emmons pedal is in my pak-seat and thats where its going to stay. For the price of replacing a couple of pots, you can have the best. Thats my own opinion of course, but I wouldn't have any other pedal than a Hilton. Martin.

If I ever give up steel guitar my Hilton Digital Sustainer will be for sale! Otherwise, you would have to pry it from from my cold, dead hands! I could not tolerate the sound of my steel thru a solid state amp without it! I was pleased with my steel through two Fender Twins with JBL speakers and no sustainer! But even the Hilton Sustainer improved that setup. Even my Telecaster sounds better with the Hilton. I would most definitely like to try one of the pedals out! Hopefully there will be one at the Dallas show I can get my hands on for a test run. Keep up the good work, Keith.

I also have the Hilton pedal. I ordered it after I got my Zumsteel a couple years ago. It works just as advertised. I had some problems with the first one I ordered, but Kieth stuck it out with me and made it right. The olny thing I don't like is that gigantic wall wart. Is there any way to put that monstrosity "in line" and have a 2 foot cord beyond to plug in?
Thanks Kieth,

Pat
